Of course it is possible to earn money with blogs. There are plenty of examples, including in Germany. That only a fraction of the income of the blogs published, should be clear. Especially the better-off blogs are very reticent.
The great advantage of blogs lies in the fact that blogs build and thus the bloggers behind them in time a certain trust. Affiliate sites are normal, just websites with links, so you can see a blog and the blogger behind it.
If you are smart and to be honest and trustworthy, then you do not also have revenue opportunities, the normal site. In addition, a well-constructed blog is also a long-term investment.
At the end of running a blog is anything to the relationship with readers, and also what name of the blog may develop over time.
And then, blogging is worthwhile also from a financial perspective, if you will earn with the blog because of money. That is not the goal of every blogger.
The right choice
Before it even starts, it must have taken the most important decision.
You have to decide on a theme for a niche. I have written to Blogprojekt.de recently an article that deals with the choice of niche. There are many criteria to be considered while I can draw / needs.
The ability to earn “money with a subject” is one of those criteria. And who wants to earn money with his blog, which must also pay attention even when you start a blog on this criterion.
But a blog may not bring overnight money and is certainly no “get rich quick” solution. Blogger must have a relatively long breath and stay for months or even years off. Since it is of course equally important that you enjoy the blog topic and that you are familiar.
Especially blogs live from the personal level and the experience which we share with the readers. Creates one to give his blog a very peculiar character, then you must also have little fear of competition.
To return to the question whether one can make money with blogging. My answer is:
“Anyone can do it, but not everyone will make it.”
The requirements to build a successful blog and make money make earn too well with most people.
